Authorship and editions
Unless a source indicates otherwise, original editorial texts, site design and authored materials are protected by copyright. Historical stage manuscripts retain their own printed attributions, such as “FCKFRG & MI”. Publishing a new reading edition does not rewrite these credits.
The source version of Between Gardens is presented as a production draft, not proof of a staged performance. Historical diploma documents are only published as permanently redacted facsimiles.
Reuse and quotations
Public access is not a blanket licence for commercial reuse, redistribution, model training or publication. If no separate reuse permission is provided, contact mail@benedikt-eickhoff.de.
Links to collaborators, institutions and artists point to their own publications and do not reassign their rights. Any quoted or embedded third-party material retains its own attribution and rights conditions.
AI assistance
The web publication openly uses AI assistance in editing, translation, design and code. This does not make AI a separate legal or editorial authority. Read the editorial transparency statement. The Governance copyright notice concerns its own publication.
